My first experiences with Reiki were as a child. Both my parents were attuned to Reiki Level II and my Grandmother was a Reiki Master. My Grandfather was also an Akido and Judo Master, and so there was an influence of Eastern Wisdom woven into my earliest memories. I remember regularly receiving Reiki from my Mother; feeling as though I was being wrapped in peace and love...she would often share Reiki to help me fall asleep or if I was feeling unwell.

It was at 18 when I received my first Attunement while travelling through Thailand.

After receiving this initiation life started to completely transform both inside and outside. It was a huge catalyst in my life that directed me on the trajectory of exploring the deeper aspects of who we are through the lens of ancient Eastern wisdom teachings. There is something mystical in coming into connection with this energy, something beyond words, and something we explore in depth together when you receive your Attunements...be prepared that life may transform in so many ways on beginning your journey along this path.

I later found my primary Reiki Masters Anne-Marie Carratu and Roger Warner, who initiated me through to Reiki Master Teacher. These trainings were thoroughly in-depth and included large numbers of case studies.

I have been offering sessions for over a decade and teaching for over 8 years.
