The retreat consisted of daily meditation and not your normal phone app meditation but some deep meditation that forced you to feel something. The Yoga was perfect for everyone’s level, Ellanah’s patience and understanding for everyones level was so authentic and genuine. The workshops she created and taught were so much fun too, she exudes so much positive energy you cannot help but let it be contagious..."
